We provide a free creative space for sharing ideas, dreams, hope, and knowledge, fostering cultural bridges and connections among diverse communities.
Managed by a team of immigrant cultural workers, journalists, artists, and professional locals in Sweden and EU, SHAREK was initiated through the sharing of personal experiences and knowledge. This inclusive approach allows individuals from different backgrounds to connect, learn from one another, and collaborate on various initiatives.
SHAREK is dedicated to empowering and supporting new arrivals from Africa, Ukraine, the Middle East, and other regions who have immigrated to Europe. Our mission revolves around inclusivity, empowerment, and cultural exchange.

Dr Elina Ekmanson is the Research Director at the Swedish Center for Studies and Research. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading and coordinating the Center’s research activities, with a particular focus on political and economic studies, ensuring both their academic rigor and policy relevance. Her work emphasizes bridging the gap between academic research and policy-making, providing evidence-based insights for governments, institutions, and civil society.
Previously, Dr Ekmanson held research and advisory roles in international and regional organizations, where she contributed to studies on governance, transparency, and socio-economic reforms. She has also collaborated with think tanks and academic institutions in Europe and the Middle East, with a strong focus on comparative political systems, economic development, and the role of media in shaping public discourse.
